Biology and genetics of macroscopic fungi. The group used to work on various edible fungi and their interaction with their biotic and abiotic environment. It is now centered on Agaricus species with 3 research axes : 1-Taxonomy, phylogenetic and preservation of biological resources; 2- genomics and quantitative genetics ; 3- regulation of the production of fruiting bodies and their quality.
